Kakugo Hagakure (葉隠 覚悟) is the younger brother of Harara Hagakure and main protagonist of the Apocalypse Zero Manga and OVA. Both he and his brother received their own Fortified Armor Shells, but unlike Harara, Kakugo stuck to his duty of protecting the innocent. In Kakugo's case, he received the Zero armor.
In the OVA, Kakugo's Japanese voice actor is Kōichi Yamadera, and was voiced by Lex Lang in the english dub.
